We kindly request an upfront payment of $70.00 for a custom design tailored to your team's bulk order. Once the design is completed to your satisfaction, the exact quantities for the T-shirt order will be finalised and outlined in an invoice.

If T-shirt orders are not desired, there is an option to purchase the custom design alone for $200.00. Upon completion, you will receive a high-resolution PNG file of the design.

Upon successful payment for the design, we will start the design process. You will receive a first design version within 48 hours. Depending on how many changes you and your team would like to make afterwards, the process can take longer.

Once the design reaches its final stage, we will confirm quantities and sizes required. Please feel free to take as much time as needed for this step. Special bulk order pricing will be applied and itemized in the invoice. Following receipt of the final payment, we will start printing. Kindly allow 1 - 2 weeks for the printing process to complete.

If you have a specific deadline by which you need the order to be delivered, please communicate this at the outset of the process. This will enable us to ensure that we can accommodate your timeframe accordingly.

Your order will be dispatched from NSW via Australia Post. Delivery times may vary, with an estimated duration of up to 1 week depending on the destination state.

You are bringing your original unit crest logo for a chest print? No problem! Please check with your team to see if you can get hold of the original high-quality logo file for the best printing results. If you only have a low-quality file, don't worry, we may still be able to work our magic on it. Just keep in mind that there's a $20.00 charge for setting up an out-of-house logo.

For one to two-coloured unit crests, we strongly suggest opting for premium quality screen printing. (You can find more information on what screen printing is in the "More About Screen Printing" section.)

BIG BACK PRINTS: DTG (Direct-To-Garment) The print feels like apart of the T-shirt as the ink is bonded to the fabric. Printed directly onto the T-shirt.

SMALL CHEST PRINTS: DTF (Direct-To-Film) The print is ideal for extremely fine details and allows brighter colours. It has a sticker-like feel to it. Printed onto a foil and transferred to the T-shirt by using heat.

SLEEVES: SCREEN PRINT Optimal for 1 - 2 colour prints and extremely durable. Feels like dried paint on the fabric. Printed with actual paint through a screen.

Screen Printing has stood the test of time as one of the oldest and most resilient printing methods available. Its durability is unmatched, often outlasting the very fabric it embellishes.

Given the intricate setup involved, we reserve this technique for bulk orders and simplistic logos with 1 - 2 colors. As such, there is an additional cost incurred to cover the acquisition and preparation of the specialized screen required for printing. A screen, once cut for your logo, can be used again in the future for the same logo print.

For a full screen, the base material and setup cost is $80.00. However, if we receive multiple bulk orders, we can optimize resources by sharing the screen between them. In such cases, we offer a small chest print setup for $40.00 each.

We use 100% cotton T-shirts from GILDAN sizes S - 2XL and have the colours black, grey and army green in stock.
